The service was good but the wait was ridiculous! I had an 8:30 appointment, got there by 8:15 got processed by 8:45 and didn’t leave until after 11:00. They overbooked the appointments and understaffed. I drove from Visalia so it was super frustrating!

The issue on my vehicle was not resolved. The whole reason why I took it in. They basically told me there is nothing that they can do. It’s not fixable or they don’t know what’s really wrong with it.
