The wait time was so long. 2 hours. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and although I was less than 10 minutes late, it still took forever.

Wasn’t told there was a waiting lounge, my appointment time was ignored. I was asked for my phone number and not asked if I was staying. The two people at the service desk don’t appear to talk with each other . I checked in before 1:30. I was given the wrong bill after the work was done.

Yes job well done plus he open a claim so I can get my fob and keys replaced since I've had this vehicle, I've had nothing but problems with my FOB, SO SINCE I HAVE WARINITY ON REPLACEMENT HE WENT AHEAD AND GOT THAT ORDERED FOR ME TOO.
