I had went for the main purpose of a recall for the second time, and his response was that they only had one recall kit & it was for another customer ????. I raised a little hell only because the corporate office had been calling me weekly that this had to be taken care of & I do not have time for these service guys to be putting us off like they have been. At end it was completed but I did not like driving away with a high adrenaline. Maria U

I really liked that Bryan took the time to show me what my filters looked like before they were replaced.
I was not happy that I had to get reimbursed from my extended warranty instead of payment being received by the dealership. I know that could have happened but I could not leave my car there until the check was received. I have been happy with the employees but with this recent experience and changes I am not happy with the new owner and the changes they are making. It is not in the interest of their clients.
