Ismael always provides great service every time I bring my vehicle to Selma Nissan.
I hate bringing my vehicle here. It’s always takes forever to get serviced and this time was way too long. My appointment was at 11 and I know for a fact my husband was there on time, he was actually early and my car wasn’t done until 2:30. And it’s and enough I have to drive from Hanford too. That’s completely ridiculous and unacceptable. You guys done even go above and beyond like you used to back in the day like when you used to wash the cats after a service. There’s no reason a service like this should take that long. I’m completely disappointed with this place and sadly I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s taking everything in my to not make a negative review online.
The only problem I have is that didn't get my multi point inspection
My vehicle had a grease or dirt stain
I expected a car wash with the service

I continue to use Selma Nissan for my vehicle maintenance since I purchased it in 2018. Ismail has always been very helpful.
The oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. But I've had two existing issues since the day I drove the car off the lot. The driver side front door has always said that it was open. And secondly I've never been able to set the clock it starts at 1:00 everytime I start the carsothen I get an error message from android auto because the times are to far apart. I was hoping to get those two issues resolved but no luck.

The problem was that despite using discounts, the cost was $900 that your competitor. While I am normally willing to pay a bit extra for dealership services, $900 is a lot more than what I was willing to pay.
Ishmael is still my first call for service needs and ihave continued to refer him, as I have always felt well cared for in dealing with him.
Ismael Chavez has great customer service and always explains himself clearly so you understand.
