The oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. But I've had two existing issues since the day I drove the car off the lot. The driver side front door has always said that it was open. And secondly I've never been able to set the clock it starts at 1:00 everytime I start the carsothen I get an error message from android auto because the times are to far apart. I was hoping to get those two issues resolved but no luck.

The problem was that despite using discounts, the cost was $900 that your competitor. While I am normally willing to pay a bit extra for dealership services, $900 is a lot more than what I was willing to pay.
Ishmael is still my first call for service needs and ihave continued to refer him, as I have always felt well cared for in dealing with him.

The service team was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond while I was stranded 180 miles from home. My only complaint is not one of the service team, the parts were priced ~50% above Nissan’s list price
We paid for the Protégé service and you guys do not want to really service our car!!! You do nothing that we ask and even though you said you would transfer, you have not! Either transfer or do up th paperwork to cancel it. I hate your dealership with a passion. You lie to us and will not even investigate a serious safety concern. Which was a major problem and a warranty issue. Thankfully Groppetti gave a **** about our lives!

Ish has been servicing my Rogue for more years than I could count. A manager is lucky to have him as an employee and I would say that he’s the most professional individual I’ve ever met!
Disappointed as we are not happy with how the backup camera and screen are cloudy and not clear to see when backing up. We asked to have it looked at and was told that’s just how rogues are, but could do a diagnostic antics for a fee of $199. So what is covered under the 36,000 mile manufactures warranty? If we could I would retu n the car and get something different .
