I have received three emails now prior to my service date. I don’t even bring my car in until tomorrow, yet you want me to review the service you provided. Also, all three emails were addressed to new inventory as if that were my name.

I was impressed with Jeremy! 3 weeks ago I asked to buy Toyota mud guards from Gregg Young and was told Toyota does not make those so advised me to purchase on- line . I asked Jeremy to install them, he did & charged me nothing for that service. Jeremy is a “keeper “.

The videos of the service inspection are silly and worthless. No enough detail can be seen to be useful. About all it shows is that someone did something. I much preferred the printed service inspection report over having to go online.
