I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and had the pleasure of working with Christian Cerna as my service advisor. He did an outstanding job of communicating throughout the entire process. Christian made sure no work was done without my approval, clearly explained his recommendations, and emphasized that any additional services were completely optional. He was very professional while still being relatable and friendly, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!
