The personnel were kind, they provided us with a loaner vehicle which I greatly appreciated. In the end though, I had a washer hose spliced and a battery put into a key fob and the bill was nearly $350 which I thought was excessive.

When the tires were quoted, the quote included the alignment. When my husband took the car in, the alignment was a separate charge from the quote. We called for clarification and we were told that the person we talked to in the phone had to fix it and someone would call us on Wed. The confusion and insistency are frustrating.

Andrés muy buen trabajador, pero la Toyota tiene algo nuevo que no me gustó y si no lo cambian, estoy Pensando seriamente en buscarme otro Diller , y es que ahora es nuevo que al pagar con tarjeta de crédito me cobran el 3 % por usar la tarjeta, eso jamás lo había visto. Usualmente te cobran 2 dólares, pero esto es demasiado el 3%, ustedes trabajan bien, pero recuerde que otros diller también dan exactamente su mismo servicio y no cobran el 3%, gracias
