My experience was awesome from start to finish
When I originally brought the car in there, he told me the head gasket was not the problem. The problem was I put windshield washer fluid in the radiator. I did not put the blue antifreeze in the radiator. The previous shop did. It was a Toyota approved antifreeze. I know it’s not what you use, but it wasn’t approved antifreeze. He treated me like I was done throughout the process. He didn’t care what I said about the car. He only cared what the insurance company said about the car and we did not know if they were even going to cover the repair. I feel the car could’ve been repaired faster than what it was. I asked him to replace a lug bolt on the car. He did not give me a price. When I showed up there, the bill was over $500. He was nice enough to take some money off of that bill because I was very upset. Very disappointed with the entire experience. You will not have to worry about me being a return customer. Not a chance.
Christian Cerna is a great associate and asset for Greg Young Toyota. He’s attentive, professional, honest, and personable. I feel he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to provide the best service for his customers and their vehicles.

Thanks to Jeremy for bringing Scott McDonald from the shop area to answer a couple of questions about my older Rav 4. Scott's name appeared many times in the past on my 2006 Rav 4 Service Orders.
