Thought oil change was pricey
Honestly just wish I was told ahead of time with my payment plan that I had to put over $100 down. Wish it was communicated better.
The service manager was great. When I first brought the vehicle in the service person was less professional.

Very professional, not pushy. Had checked my air filter before the oil change and thought it was pretty clean and no reason to change at this time. When technician checked it out, that person also did not think it needed changing. Not all are this honest. Thank you.
He was extremely professional and willing to help me out. There was a little bit of a mixup between sales and the service, but I was very satisfied with how the outcome came and how they handled it.
I had several questions which he took the time to answer. I appreciated the extra effort.

I was able to check in quickly and findings were reviewed with me and explained. Was glad the upscale items were explained but not forced
Overall pleasant experience
Service is always great, and Christian does an excellent job. However, I wanted to share some feedback. After verifying with your team, I understand that vehicles should be vacuumed and washed each time they are serviced. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion this hasn’t been done.
Because we have all of our vehicles serviced with you—and we recently purchased three new ones—it’s important for us as an educational service unit to watch every dollar. When the cars are not washed, we end up needing to cover that expense separately.
I did call and speak with the service manager, and he explained that your team has been short-handed. I completely understand and appreciate the challenges, but I just wanted to make you aware of the impact on our end.
