I had a 1:15 PM appointment and arrived early, being the first vehicle in line. Despite this, I waited over 20 minutes without being attended to. I tried to get the attention of a transporter, but was ignored. I had to call the service department from my car to get assistance. This was disappointing, especially given my many years of getting oil changes with Toyota and Lexus. When I finally connected with Jose, he was courteous in person, but on the phone he came across as annoyed, which added to the frustration. Thankfully, he was more pleasant during pickup and helped redeem the experience somewhat. However, overall, this was a disappointing service visit I’ve had.

Just want to thank everyone at Fox Toyota who works so hard to servirce our families vehicles and keep us safe on the road.My family and I choose Fox Toyota over any other Toyota dealer in EP because of the service. Even though this location gets busy everyone provides great customers service. To jose, thank you for being honest and never trying to sell me anything I don't need. I appreciate that.

I sent my husband to do a repair on my tire due to a flat tire. They assigned me to Manny in which I had be very met. I had called him the day before to let him know if my tires were still under warranty and he was busy he never returned my call. Hence forward I sent my husband anyway Manny took it upon himself to get a new tire and said that my tires were still was not repairable and said the nail was on the side. My husband asked to see the tire and the mechanic told him that it was repairable and lied to my husband to his face. I am upset because I trust my car to be in good hands and not to be lied to and to be deceived Ashley was my advisor before she moved to Lexus and she would go above and beyond for me My car is due for an oil change and I don’t want Manny as my advisor Thank you
