I was very pleased with Mr. Torres’ professionalism and courtesy. He had my car serviced and ready in no time at all. I thought I would be waiting for hours and my car was serviced in a little over 30 minutes.

Jose begin serving me when I went to pick up the truck but then he stopped in midstream to actually dial another customer and begin to discuss that other customers battery problem for 15 to 20 minutes then when he got back to me he said “here’s your keys” without giving me any paperwork. Then I said “can I have the paperwork?” And he said “do you want the receipt ?” And I said “yes”. He brought out one sheet that explained what was done. Then I asked him “where does it say here that the part that was ordered for my brakes from the bulletin was installed?” He did not know or made any effort to find out why it wasn’t on the receipt he gave me. He was not knowledgeable and he didn’t care about inconveniencing me as a customer

I cannot praise Michael Torres enough. Every time I show up for service, he goes completely out of his way to provide the highest level. Employees like Michael are the reason Toyota continues to thrive locally and nationally. Thank you always, Michael!
