My comment doesn't pertain to Jose Gurrola, but to whomever did the tire rotation on Friday, and the person who replaced the tire sensor on Wednesday. If a tire rotation is done, along with diagnosing the issue with the sensors, shouldn't the psi be checked to ensure the tires are equally inflated? When I took my 4runner back to install the sensor for the rear driver side tire, I informed Jose that my tire was flat that morning, possibly due to a nail or something. When I got the vehicle back after 3.5 hours, that wasn't mentioned on the paperwork. I left the shop while the sensors were still reset, so I couldn't have known the psi on the tires. Once the were back online, it showed the passenger side tires at 41 front and 44 rear. The driver side tires were at 38 front and 28 rear, which meant the nail was never fixed or even looked at. In 3.5 hours they only replaced the sensor and didn't bother to fix the leak. I called Jose, who told me to bring it back so Fox Toyota can get it fixed, free of cost. I told him that after that bad experience and waste of time, I'd just take it to a tire shop, which I did. This is the second bad experience there in as many services (the last 2) I've been a customer since I bought a Tundra there back in 2016, but night take my business elsewhere.
