There is a complete discrepancy in which I was told the vehicle was covered under the warranty, then , after the service was completed, your service department wanted to charge me for the service stating that the vehicle was a salvage vehicle. once I addressed management and brought my concerns to the table, I was told that the gentleman who verified coverage will come out of pocket for the service and they will not charge me making me feel bad. I then picked up my vehicle and drove off to find that the TRD plate was left in my backseat and not reinstalled after removing it from my vehicle. The experience was completely unsatisfying.

Avelina was great and the whole team did an awesome job at completing the tire rotation and wash that was missing from the previous service. This is a very high standard of customer service and I hope it continues like this I really feel comfortable taking my vehicle to you

I could not have asked for anyone better to help me! It was my first oil change and he was so nice from the second we met to the moment I got my car back. Let me know when it was ready, how long it would take, when I could pick it up, everything. 10/10 would recommend and he’s the reason I’m going to keep getting my oil changes in Toyota. Thank you Mr. Gurrola!
