I was unable to drive home after my car was serviced. A porter took me home. I arranged ahead of time for Angel and my manager Manny to pick me up later after in the afternoon and take me to take me to Hoy Fox Toyota where I would pay for my car where I would Get my car. HOWEVER, when I called Hoy Fox Toyota at 3:45 in the afternoon I was told to Porter would come. He didn’t I called an hour later and my service advisor. Manny said that he all the porters had gone home and he could not deliver my car. I ended up calling a friend to pick me up and take me to Hoy Fox Toyota where I could finally get my keys and drive my car home. I am not happy with this.

Bad customer service, don’t know how to talk to customer. Didn’t explain the change in the up cost of the oil change. I been going here for two years and it’s always was $80 dollars and now it’s $95 dollars and said it changed two months ago, But I had to ask why. I’m not coming back here to do a service again. I will take my business elsewhere. I used to feel comfortable, safe coming here and feel like I can trust this place. They used to come out snd explain everything what’s wrong, so you can have a better understanding but didn’t do that. Only got an angry text with all caps! Because I didn’t understand what was wrong with my vehicle. I used to love this place and now it put a nasty taste in my mouth.
