The repairs took longer than expected considering an appointment had been made but additional work was discovered and I did request a last minute strut appraisal. The service prices quoted online only include labor and not parts. It probably said that somewhere in the fine print. Waiting area was very comfortable.

After a glitch w appt schedule , error on my end, Fox service team able to get my vehicle in and out in reasonable time. Gabriel was my service rep. He was at lunch when vehicle ready ,another rep.stepped up and filled in. Great job !!

Unfortunately was not notified about my part being in for my car, I called to check on it that’s how I found out. Then the next day I received a call saying it was in. Also I arrived at the check in point, waited out there over 10 minutes before someone came over and asked if I had been helped. Had not experienced this at the service department.

Went in more than once, to see my check engine light continues to come on. I'm told everything looks good and no issues, but if so why us it still on. No ill will against my advisor, he's doing great, I just want Tundra fixed, thank you.

This was probably one of my best experiences at Toyota. Every experience has been great but this time I noticed a significant accommodation/tailoring to my visit approach with consideration. I knew that he respected me and didn’t undermine me. I appreciate this visit!

I appreciate the professionalism however I spent about 2 hours waiting for just an oil change. I was called in by phone and offered an oil change discount with a discounted tire rotation. I went here and changed from my regular place due to the discount and see if it was better but it wasn't. I understand staff was busy but it was still a bad experience. Won't be returning.
