my service advisor was unable to give me any sort of time frame for how much longer my car would take to be finished simply told me that the technician was backed up and that she didn't know how many cars were ahead of mine. She also was supposed to call me back in order to answer questions i had about my vehicle and did not do so. once i finally was able to pick up my car i waited for thirty minutes and she was not available at her office at all i ended up approaching a different advisor and checked my car out with them instead.

Everything was fine until I got to my car and found someone wet it and half-dried it. It was essentially clean when I handed it over. So it really didn't need cleaning. Before driving away, I dried it to my satisfaction--including lifting the hood, drying the roof and running board and glass left spreckled with dots. I would appreciate being asked permission to wet my vehicle. Other than that, all was perfect.
