Already reached out to Alex with the four issues I had when I picked up my Highlander. 1. They left the socket in the spare tire lowering mechanism which rattled when I drove off. 2. They dirtied the drivers side pillar when they removed the service reminder sticker. 3. They did not put a new service reminder sticker. 4. Courtesy wash that I requested was not done. He asked when I could take it back. Told him I also put the socket in the correct place. And I told him I would let him know about the stain issue next time I go for service and Detail people would clean it.

I have received a comprehensive list of recommended services for my vehicle, and I have a few initial questions regarding these items. I must express my significant disappointment with the lack of response from Manuel to my messages. Furthermore, despite the front desk staff attempting to locate Manuel, he did not acknowledge my presence or inquire about my vehicle collection. This level of service and attention is quite unsatisfactory.

Jose was on point with taking care of my needs. He went above and beyond trying to resolve 1 issue, and completed the other 2 tasks in a timely and professional manner. The 1 (of 3) tasks could not be completed, but I was made aware of it in a timely manner and given a few options to consider, helping me make an informed decision. Totally satisfied with the work I had done on my 2026 Tacoma Off Road
