I was satisfied with the work, I was not satisfied with the time it took to get it done. I had an appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours to get my car back. All I had done was an oil change, While in the waiting room I saw two people complain about the wait time, one was there three hours, he was a walk in. Why allow walk ins if you over book appointments? You need a better scheduling system. I did not get an update on my car until I asked why it was taking so long. El Paso Honda charges less and gets it done in an hour. I might just go there next time.

Adrian has been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would aksi like to mention another worker Leo. I think he is a tech but he is also service oriented and helped out when everyone else was busy. Good team. Thank you.

Completely horrible in the last 8 times I’ve taken vehicles only one has been washed and one time I waited 5 HOURS!! for a simple oil change I have so many complaints you guys need a better management

On October 30, 2024, Fox Toyota called me to schedule a service on my vehicle sometime in Mid- November. I responded that I would rather have an appointment sooner than that date. So, I was given an appointment for October 31, 2024 @ 11:30 a.m: ai show up st 11:15 for my appointment. The service representative at initially approached me could not find any scheduled appointment. He stated let me check. So I waited for another 10/15 minutes & I see see him walking around but never returning to help me, so I approached another person & he did take care of me. To make a long story short, I had to waiting for my vechicle to get serviced (oil change, only) for over 3 hours before I got my vehicle back. If u make an appointment, my expectations are that more prompt and timely service, not waiting for personnel to take their lunch breaks at my time expense. I was very disappointed on the untimeliness of the service provided & the fact that there seems to be no management’s oversight of the “costumer’s need “.

When the repair for the recall was completed, the car started having issues with the warnings lights. Ashley took the time to check into what could be done to remedy the issue and her kindness is truly appreciated ????
