Always having issues with the wait time. Again over 2 hours waiting for my car to be ready. Also I had an offer for my oil change and it was not getting respected until I had to ask again.

I got a call Monday that my service was due and then a text to say my car was ready. My appt was Saturday. It took wayyy too long but I get it was a Saturday despite the appt. Abigail was awesome and I have no complaints. Kinda sad I didn’t get a walk around of the multi point inspection but I guess this dealership doesn’t do that.

Everything about the experience in the Toyota Service Centerwas great. From setting the appointment with Ms. Pulido in two minutes , to being inside the warm service center drinking coffee while my truck was getting serviced. The issue that I had was fixed the first time. I plan to keep coming to Fox Toyota for the transmission flushes of my truck. Thank you Toyota

I am extremely satisfied with the service and the knowledge and professionalism of Fernando Martinez. He knew exactly what was the problem with my car. Ordered the part that fixed the problem and kept me updated. He had taken care of my 2012 Camry , and it’s running like new!
