Yes she was very professional and genuinely concerned about the issues on my vehicle. I showed up early to my appointment and she was attentive even though I was an hour and a half early she helped me out regardless of my early arrival , and she was able to get me in and out in a very timely manner.

People are great when you get there but as soon as you tell them that you are not interested in their recommendations, not because you dont want these but because the price is a little high and at this point Cabot afford it at this moment and they change totally and become arrogant and very indifferent

Even though I was late for my appointment, Adrian still accepted my tardiness. The service was great and professional. Adrian also helped me with a programming issue that the phone service couldn’t help me. Thanks Adrian!!
