I was very dissatisfied with the service I received or the lack there of. I have brought my vehicle in to you all on numerous occasions and never have I felt so used. I told the service guy what I thought the problem was and it turned out to be something far more inexpensive than I thought. It took a few minutes for them to see that it was a lower radiator hose that was leaking. He went on to say that “my oil pan was damaged and it needed to be replaced with a gasket” and gave me a quote of around $300 to fix. I asked him to explain how he can tell if the oil pan needed to be replace if there was no damage or leaks coming from the bolts on the oil pan? That’s when he said “he didn’t know but if I wanted it done he would let me know if it needed to be replaced with the gasket “ I don’t believe I was given an honest assessment of my diagnosis of which I paid $148.50!

I left your dealership disgusted. I have a 2023 tundra bought new there but the service I received today was horrible. I can understand undertmistakes but not cold uncaring misinformed rudeness. The service advisor Abigail would cut me off when I was talking to her and she said “you cannot talk to the Mecanic even if he was here because they get nervous when talking to customers “. I don’t think she has the authority to say that and she would cut me off in mid sentence so that I would stop talking. She is a very poor representation of Toyota quality and service.

GAbriel is an excellent worker worker he was attantive, called me when my car was rrady. I mentioned to him that i may be late to pick up my car he offered to send someone to pick me up. Very courteous. Thank u Toyota for choosing him to help the public. Please let him know . OF MY SPPRECIATION.

Fernando did his share. Provided updates as necessary. Service was slow. It took 5 days to replace a starter. I did request a loaner after a couple of days and was given one. That made a big difference. Much appreciated. Overall the service department is not nearly as efficient as the Paul Dylan days. You have lost a couple of good employees that were outstanding.
