I don’t appreciate being surprised by being told that if I use my credit card there would be a 3% fee. Also, after being asked to return for service after not going to you all in a LONG time, I was told my oil change would be $1. When I arrived I was told I needed a coupon for that. Ultimately, I paid $1 for the oil change, but that should not have happened. Also, I of course was told that my car needed $1000 worth of work. No thanks. I won’t be back.
Jose Gurrola was a great surface provider and his efforts and customer service was excellent. However, the mechanics who worked on my truck were absolutely terrible and incompetent. Having Jose Gurrola there to help me fix everything was the only reason I was able to maintain my calm. Im sure he was just as frustrated and upset with the mechanic staffs incompetence as I was.
1. I took my truck in at 2:45pm to have and oil chamge and didnt get out till after 6pm. Service took over 3 hours to complete and oil change!.
2. They had to be told twice to run it through the car wash.
3. My truck was scratched and had to be returned again and scratched buffed after Jose and I found the scratches trying to see if the fluid levels were topped off. Rather than admit their mistake they maintenence staff tried to denied it even when the video evidence clearly showed my vehicle was not scratched when Jose took the initial video.
3. Truck had to returned a 3rd time to have the fluids toped off because they forgot to check it thoroughly.
4. After cwtting the truck back and starting it to leavearound 6pm we found out the oil change light wasn't reset. So they had to track down another maintenence guy to do that.
5. During the reset I checked the oil levels myself. At this point I didn't trust anything had been done correctly. We found out the wrong amount of oil was put in for my truck specifications and I was 1.5 quarts low on oil.
6. They went in the back a got some oil they could find to top it off but it was not the exact same type due to the shop being closed.
This was the worst experience I've had at this location and frankly I still don't trust that eveything was done correctly by the mechanics with the 5 point inspection or the tire rotation. I don't have the facilities or the tools to go over it all myself and check it out here in El Paso.
Jose Gurrola was a great customer service Rep. He seemed to be the only person taking things seriously or working to make sure things were done the way they should be.

The technician Jose Gurreo was rude, unprofessional, and refused to talk with me about my car. It wasn't until I talked with multiple people I was able to retrieve my car that had been ready waiting on Jose to release. I have never been treated do bad. Vickie Salyer
