I showed up as a walk-in” with a check engine light on. Michael is “the man!” I was still waiting for my shuttle ride home when he walked up and said my Tacoma was just taken in for a diagnostic check; I ran some errands and Michael informed me what the issue was, and some recommended maintenance. By early afternoon Michael called and said my Tacoma was ready for pick up. Fantastic service and I’m glad my Tacoma didn’t sustain any long term engine damage. Michael and the service team at Toyota know what they’re doing.

I was not happy about the expensive total for the service done to the car. I have been out of work since June and just start got a new job in this January. I appreciate the discount but my single parent/entry level paycheck cannot pay for this unexpected expense. Mr. Hector was great. After being snubbed and rudely dismissed by someone else, Mr. Pasillas approached me with a smile and listening concern. He helped me reset myself after being triggered to a Livid response from being treated so callously by the other person.
