Agent was great, exelent customer service. However, we requested shuttle service for the 3rd time. We waited closed to 3 hours. The shuttle would come and go but never got a call for the service.

I went there for a recall on my truck, I had an appointment. I get there and I’m told the parts are not there. That they need to replace the engine. I was not aware that they need to replace the engine. I ask for a loaner, I’m told that I need to wait for a manager. I’m there til 09:30. Then the advisor comes back and tells me that my recall is fix but that my engine is not there, that is ok to take my truck. At this point I’m confused first I need to leave my truck then I don’t . I would like to seen a manager but not even that.

After ten years of dealing with Toyota and servicing my vehicles there this last visit was the best. Jacob Armendáriz was great, he not only kept me informed but when the service was completed he escorted me to my car so I didn’t have to walk out and try to find my own car which I greatly appreciated.

I was very impressed with a couple of things at the service department. The second I drove up, I was kindly approached and greeted. There was constant communication. All my question were answered and what I was told actually happened. I left the facility and upon my return and proceeded to the waiting room. I was impressed with the layout and amenities of the waiting room. There was a lounge area with coffee and snacks available along with a semi-private work area with plenty of outlets. The bathrooms were clean. All in all, it was a great experience.
