It was difficult to get in touch with my advisor, and I had several questions regarding the results of the report. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to move forward with an additional recommendation because I didn’t have the opportunity to speak with them. Thankfully, another advisor took the time to explain what had happened, and I truly appreciated their support. I genuinely miss the level of customer service Toyota provided a few years ago. Back then, the team went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience—clearly explaining every detail of the report, the importance of each service, and even finishing with a complimentary car wash. I hope this feedback helps enhance the Toyota maintenance experience once again.

The problem I took the SUV in for was never addressed. I had to bring it back after paying 2,600.00 and then they diagnosed other things that added up to 11,000.00. If you had done your job right the first time I wouldn’t have spent 2,600.00. I would’ve just gotten rid of the vehicle and then you kept the vehicle for weeks.

We got hit with extra expenses we did not anticipate. Once we finish Toyota Care we have other arrangements for maintenance. The fuel cleaner for a vehicle at 19892 miles seemed excessive. And it was just BG fuel cleaner that was marked up. The vehicle idled rough and tech had to take it back to fix it. Not good.
