I’d like a supervisor call back. I took my vehicle for an oil change and was told it doesn’t get changed till 20 thousand miles. Which doesn’t seem right. I had filled out your request earlier in the week to have someone call me to schedule the oil change no one ever did. I they kept my vehicle all day for them not to do the oil change and just to do the recall

The only problem we experienced was we were in line for 20 minutes behind other Cara and as they finally moved up we did. As we were waiting to be next a car came down the little alley or street an pulled in right in front of us. There should be one way in and no way to get in front of the next customer front a side street.

I went for an oil change, and asked how long it would take. They told me between 1-1:30 hours. My appointment was at 7:30 am, they delivered at around 10:15. When I received my car, the passenger seat was completely laid flat, it seemed like they had been resting laying down on it. I had never received my car like this before. Completely unacceptable.

On April 11 I took my truck to get an oil change confiding everything was done correctly, yesterday June 2 I open the hood to my truck to change the air filter and I saw it did not have the oil cap on to the motor. Ive called asking to speak to service manager and no answer or call back.

Showed two scratches on my paint to service advisor that helped me when I picked up my truck. He took photos and said he’d tell my service advisor, Mike, who had already left for the day. Still haven’t gotten a call on how it’ll be resolved.
