I was overall dissatisfied with the amount of time that it took for my car to be fixed. I also was dissatisfied about the cost, the part that was needed to fix my car was not found at this establishment so I called around two other Toyota dealers and found that part Which did expedite the car being fixed however, I was not compensated for the fact that I had to help in getting this part. Overall happy to have my car back and functioning so Toyota did a great job.

It wasn't Jake that I was unhappy with. But. The service in general. Shuttle took me home at drop off. When car was ready I needed the shuttle to pick me up. I waited several hrs and never got the call. I called again and Alex said he would check. I finally found my own ride after 2 pm. Got to hoy fox. Shuttle was parked there. That made me upset Went in to get my keys. Had to ask what was done to my car. They weren't going to explain. Until I asked. They told me all that was done. I got in and they had written "blue" on windshield and it was in my way. Tried to clean it off but had no windshield fluid. I thought they would check fluids. The inside of the car reaked of fresh gasoline like it was spilled in the car when they worked on the fuel tank issue. Then today ( day after ) I got a call from Claudia that my car has a recall and would I like to schedule for the work. This was very frustrating. I told her I thought Jake did it. I was then concerned it might not have been done or why wasn't it in the system. She told me she or Jake would call me back to verify. No one bothered to call me. Sloppy, unfriendly service
