Huge shoutout to Jacob at Fox Toyota! ???? I had an open recall on my rear leaf springs, and it turns out my driver-side leaf spring gave out. It could’ve punctured the gas tank and potentially caused serious damage—or even a fire. Thankfully, Fox Toyota stepped in and handled it fast. They took my Tacoma in and had it fixed in just one day! If you own a Toyota Tacoma, I highly recommend checking for this recall. Fox Toyota is definitely the spot to take it to — fast, professional, and got the job done right. ????

I was very pleased with the professional service that Mr Gurrola and his team provided, taking care of my vehicle issue. Mr Gurrola kept me informed on the progress of work that was done while I was waiting for it to complete. The team fixed the problem and my vehicle is working great. The only thing that left me wondering was that the advisor wasn't around when they returned my car. I wasn't given any details or instructions on what they did to my car. They just gave me the service invoice paper and my keys. Thank you

The report said that my cabin filter needs to be changed. Immediate action! But they didn’t ask me if I wanted it changed until I was about to cash out. No, I don’t want to stay another 2 hours for something that they usually do before cashing out. But other than that it was great!
