The cashier was not friendly or helpful. Some woman was talking to her about things unrelated to vehicle service and for some reason the cashier wouldn’t acknowledge me. I didn’t know where Jake, my service reps desk was at so I was waiting to ask her, and finally the woman who was talking to the cashier about the El Paso Chihuahuas asked me if I needed help. I just thought the cashier was very rude and didn’t care if she helped me or not. It was super irritating to me especially when I was getting ready to pay nearly $1000 for car repairs. However, Jake was very nice and helpful and I appreciated that it was easy to get in touch with him regarding my car repairs.

Every time I bring either of my vehicles here, your technicians either forget to put back or are selling my tire inflator caps on the black market.

You need better customer service, same as when I bought the vehicle, service department needs to treat customers better, better knowledge of warranties and parts of the vehicle, I understand is a different department and I expected same customer service as the sales department

Pues con todo respeto Esto va para Los mecánicos no hacen un trabajo bien no más me quitaron mi tiempo pérdida de dinero las señorita se portó muy bien la que me atendió excelente servicio con ella pero no puedo opinarlo mismo con Los mecánicos demasiado descontento
