Mr. Hernández provided exceptional service. I was very impressed. Mr. Hernández has assisted me before and was just as professional. I do have a comment, however. I had to wait 35 mins in the service driveway to get someone to assist me. When I first arrived, a young man told me someone would be with me and then no one showed up. I just saw folks running around all over the place. I finally had to pull someone aside to assist me. I informed a colleague of mine, in passing, how long I had to wait and he agreed. He said the same thing has happened to him. Perhaps it’s time to look into this matter. In closing, thank you for providing an area where we can work while waiting for our vehicles get serviced. Saul was perfect there's no problem there but the one before last somebody or someone left the hood open on my truck and just yesterday if you check your video you take of the vehicles before you take them the passenger side door was fine but there's a trim on the window of the passengerdoor of my truck somebody or someone pulled a plastic trim the window has and when I picked it up it was flapping on the door all the way home
