Completely dissatisfied with the service . My vehicle issue was never fixed . I’ve taken my vehicle multiple times for the same issue and yet I’m being told via text that there is nothing Lexus can do to fix this issue . The treatment that I have received from Mr Duran has been in an unprofessional manner, his tone and disregard to help a customer is very disappointing. I think it is very unprofessional for me to receive a text message that there is nothing Lexus can do to fix my vehicle. This is such a poor manner to communicate with a customer. My vehicle is not even a year old and is supposed to be a high end vehicle. Yet I continue to have the same issue .
