Promised time for maintenance was two hours overdue, while
I waited in person. I was not checked in personally. Only received a text saying I had been checked in. Was told there were no loaner cars available.
Seems like maintenance appointments are overbooked. Not a great experience for a high-end car dealership.
I arrived at lexus without an appt and Ivan was extremely professional and attentive inspite of being extremely busy!
More accurate estimates of time. When I arrived (I had an appt) I was told it would be approximately 1.5 hours and it took 3 hours. I would have dropped off the car and left if the estimate was more accurate.
Everything is alway great when we take our car in for maintenance. Ashley took great care of us and explained everything to us. She’s very professional and knowledgeable and is always very kind to us and we appreciate her very much !
When I arrived I asked the young man who took my car if I could get a car wash as well as Ashley and they each said, “yes, of course!” However when I went to pick up my car it was not washed. I didn’t want to wait any longer and left disappointed. Please contact me if you’d like to remedy this.

I reported an issue with the driver side door not unlocking. Service Team indicated to Service Agent the problem was resolved by changing the battery in the key fob...it didn't fix the problem. Service Agent asked that I make an appointment for a later date to have the problem addressed.

It took 30 minutes to be seen even with an appointment. Usually my Lexus is washed, it was mot washed. Usually I get a call when my vehicle is ready, I was the one reaching out to get information on the status of my lexus.
