I stopped in after being towed in for a flat tire. Ivan had no cue I was coming by with my vehicle but as soon as I got there he dropped what he was doing and started the check in process. My vehicle’s tire was replaced and I was out of the dealership in under two hours. Ivan has been my service advisor since I purchased my first Lexus and he is the only one I go to.
