The VCS AND VGRS light said go to lexus dealer. I paid $87 for the diagnostic and the VCS AND VGRS light was still on when I started the car in the lexus parking lot. There was no worker to be found. It was about 5:40 pm. My car was at the lexus dealer from around 9:30 a.m. till I had to call and leave message about status. I got a call back around 4:00pm.

Ivan did great. He had to order a battery and got it installed and ready for pick up by noon the day the battery arrived. It was the second time we had to bring the car in for the same problem. Not starting right away. The first time, they said the battery passed. This time, they said it didn't.
Ivan is an honest and up front person. It’s good to see we still have these types of people in this world. Other service centers try to upsell you on things you don’t need. He only advised what I need. I am a car guy and mechanic myself he did not know that but I could tell he was honest and wanted a return long lasting customer. I will take me Lexus cars here as long as he is there.

The communication was very poor. We dropped off the car at the scheduled time and 45 minute later, we get a call from you to ask if we were going to drop off the car. You had the wrong car on file, you had the wrong primary phone number. You are texting my husband instead of me.
