When I dropped off my car, I specifically mentioned the issue with the window making a scraping sound. The representative told me they couldn’t recreate the sound, so nothing was done. However, just two days later, I’m back experiencing the exact same issue.
They didn’t check tire pressure, light was on. Courtesy wash was horrible

When I made the appointment for the service, I was assured that the courtesy shuttle would be available. On the day of service, the shuttle was not available and I had to take an Uber to work. I was late to work because of this incident.
