This Lexus dealership, in El Paso , is the most disorganized Lexus dealership we have ever dealt with. The scheduled service appointments are a rip off and the amount of time it takes is RIDICULOUS! Waiting 5-6 hours to rotate tires is unacceptable. In addition, it’s difficult to know what services are necessary because calls, texts and emails are NOT aligned. We are contemplating driving to Abq for future appointments or trading in our car to get a different dealership all together.
Arturo was very nice and tried accommodating my disdain. However, I am pretty much done with Lexus.

With my first Lexus, all my service appointments were great. I was informed and accommodated. I have since purchased a new Lexus, and service is just different. Possibly due to change in staff. Had first maintenance service, I had to do the initiating, and assuming all is well. Air conditioning went out in my brand new Lexus of only 1 year and very odd, and inconvenient especially being out of town in a heat wave.
My last experience with Lexus for my car's oil change was not to my satisfaction, and I feel the customer service is careless and very negligent. I've been a Lexus customer for almost 8 years, as has my husband, and I've never felt so powerless and so upset with the way they handle car loans or rentals to get me back home. Eight years of receiving the same car loan service and now having to beg for car service is humiliating. I'm not satisfied; the service isn't high-quality, it's unfair because they treat old customers like that, but poor new customers. I don't recommend this treatment. I ask what time I can pick up my car, and they tell me 1:30 pm, and they deliver it at 3:58 pm because I had to go and ask about my car because no one told me anything.
