Everyone was wonderful however the technician inadvertently installed the inappropriate weight for my car. He installed zero w20 in my vehicle requires 5w30. Joel, ashley, and Vince were wonderful. Please help me r correct this issue. Thank you

When I dropped off my car, I specifically mentioned the issue with the window making a scraping sound. The representative told me they couldn’t recreate the sound, so nothing was done. However, just two days later, I’m back experiencing the exact same issue.
