I was happy with the service
My car broke down 8 miles after I picked it up from you guys today this is the third time had this problem too since I originally brought the car to you. I placed a call at the Toyota of America regarding the issues that I’m having with this vehicle, I realize that the service advisor is not any smarter than I with regard to engines, but I’m just not sure why this vehicle continues to fail at 59,000 miles

Samantha is a wonderful employee. I left barrel Toyota about eight years ago and have been pleasantly pleased working with Samantha over those past several years. When I learned that she had left, I was actually getting ready to leave and go back to barrel. She was the reason I drove the extra distance to your service center. I was so happy to learn today that she’s back and she did a wonderful job as usual.

I have had Josh as my service advisor for quite a while. No problem. Today was the same as any other day. I find that the Advisors are not personable nor do they seem happy.

Who is Zoe he or she said we will see you there I thought I was dealing with this person. But at the same time after I was checked in. I walk around the corner and a young lady with a pony tail at the service desk waved to me. Now keep in mind I have not been at Toyota for awhile. BUT as I was leaving she said good by to me and use. d my first name. I found that amazing. I said you been here for awhile 10 yr. Now that was a quality moment she need’s recognize for it. She is customer driven.

Pads wre measured low in spring but no seevice recommendation made; now I needed more extensive work.
Not pleased
This was my first experience with Jim Shorkey service department. I had heard very good things about Jim Shorkey service, you exceeded all of my expectations. Dave was not informative but also very personable.
