When I pulled up, no one greeted me. When I stood in the doorway where there were three people at their computers no one looked up to say good morning. The guy who checked me in was so grumpy. The guy who took my info at the counter didn’t know why I was there. He was nice at the end. The only person who said good morning was some random red haired lady who said good morning to everyone.

I had a 915am appointment for a recall. I dropped my car off the night prior. I called the service center at 127pm and was told my car would be done by 3-330pm. I caught a bus out to pick up my car and arrived at approximately 230pm. As I waited in the lobby (I didn’t check in with anyone), Dave called me at 248pm and started to explain that the car wouldn’t be ready until 430 at the earliest. He went on to say it was the first time they did this recall, the tech had to dig in and rip a lot of things apart, then would have to order more parts. I hung up and walked up to the desk. I asked when my car was started on because my appointment was do 915 (I dropped it off the evening prior). He said “That’s just a drop off time. We get to it when we get to it.” At this point, he walked away, then came back to say the tech had one more test to run for the recall and that the other 6 tests has passed. When I asked if parts still needed to ordered, he said no. Mysteriously, the car was ready at 315pm. I do not appreciate being lied to. I do not appreciate the “we get to it when we get to it” comment. This is the same type of customer service that made us leave Jim Shorkey Jeep. Rest assured, we will no li get do business with Jim Shorkey dealerships. Good Day.

I had to recover posts missing from my car and therr was no resolution to try piece of runner found unse the steering column . This part is all over the Toyota forums online .
