I haven’t felt this comfortable receiving service in a long time. Though I
May have answered questions with deceit in the past, giving a higher score than I should, hoping it might change some uncomfortable attitudes in the service department, I truly felt comfortable asking questions. Glad to see some of the dynamics changing. This time I’m
truly giving my honest opinion. I think the service representatives
seemed more relaxed also.
The service advisors are always pleasant and I know that every time I bring my car to Bommarito I know I will leave satisfied.
It was an extremely busy day, but everyone was still kind and gave great service. Even being patient with costumers that weren’t extending the same curiosity. I really appreciate Josip and everyone I spoke with being helpful and nice. I also liked seeing the team at the service center offering their fellow teammates the same level of service and help.
I was throughly disappointed with the cost and service. I had a windshield reservoir replaced and after paying an exorbitant amount, the mechanic didn't fill the washer reservoir with fluid. Very disappointed!
