My service advisor was excellent. I received a loaner vehicle that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and he remedied the situation quickly and was able to exchange my loaner the next day. This is the third loaner vehicle I have been given since August 2024 that has smelled heavily of smoke and this is the first time a service advisor went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate it very much.

My complaint is that whoever reassembled the car after the Water Doctor diagnostic, did not assemble it correctly. The headliner and the plastic trim inside the car are not securely fit. I did not see this at the moment when I picked up my car, I saw it later on when putting one of my kids in the backseat. I will now have to find time out of my schedule to bring my car in to fix this issue.
