On this visit, a comprehensive check of the brake system on my vehicle was performed and, accordingly, the necessary service was provided. The communication regarding what was needed was open, and appreciated. I am satisfied/happy with the service and outcome, and am now confident in my vehicle’s braking system.

He was very helpful even though I wasn't able to effectively explain what was wrong with my car. After saying there was a weird sound, he went out to listen to it and looked under the hood. He came back and told me his hypothesis and got me all checked in. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and about how long it would take. The communication was good and everything was taken care of effectively.
All seemed to go well, except my front license plate and it's frame were bent forward. Frame was broken and the plate bent half way forword.

Peeled off the paint while removing inserts. I was told it peeled slightly in one place but when I got home and checked, the paint was peeled from several other places.

I brought my car in because it was making a metal on metal noise & the tire light was on. After sitting there for 6 hours, the problems weren't fixed. I was told the clanking noise was from a mostly plastic device banging around in my stuffed plastic glove compartment. And that the mechanic couldn't get the tire light to go out, so I should drive it for a few days & it should go out. Then they charges me about $900, plus I was 2 hours late for work. The only bright news that came out of this is if the light don't go out in a few days, I will get a refund for the sensors. This was so disappointing. I always bragged about how great you guys are, how you fix it right the first time & how you are worth the extra money. I hope this is a one-off.
