I’m faced with a repair of my vehicle in the quoted at $5,700.00 and I have several unanswered questions that need to be clarified before I commit to spending that amount of money on a ten year old vehicle. The diagnostic does not indicate what was done to make the determination of the cost of the repair and I need to know what was done.
