He really did a great job. He knew I was concerned the tire would not arrive. Followed up to ensure the tire came in and called me so I so didn’t have a wasted long trip in. Not completely.... the service men were not as friendly as in the past.
Satisfied yet could be better. If you have appointments, you should keep it. Don't over-schedule customers. Customers are generally happy when you keep the end of your bargain.

This is the 4th time in a little over a year where my hubcaps aren't put on properly. 2 of those times my hubcap came off while I was driving. I've brought this to their attention twice before today's incident and it continues to happen. I bought my RAV4 from Bomarrito in 2018, and have had ALL of my auto services done there. It's a little disappointing but I may have to get my auto services elsewhere. I might come back if they have hubcap training for their mechanics.
Your service department is a God send. You all got me in for state inspection the same day. I'm a travel nurse who works out of state and it's difficult for me to get back to Missouri in time to do the inspection. Thank you so much for getting me in otherwise I wouldn't have been legal at the end of the month. Judi K
Danny was pushy about getting an alignment done on the vehicle. The vehicle drives perfectly straight and it feels like a bit of a dealer scam. If the alignment was made free with the warranty we paid for and oil changes and the like it would be different. Just felt pushy and unnecessary. I don’t like the way he tried pushing for it 3 separate times. One when we pulled in, then he pulled the car out and in again to “check” and then a third time when I asked if the car was ready after being told it would take 1&1/2-2 hrs and I called back at 2&1/2 hours to the told it was done just then. I didn't like the way we were treated. Very unsatisfying.
