Went for my free oil change and free tire rotation and pressured into getting engine performance restoration. Something that was already done when I bought the car with 30,000. Made me feel like I had to get to keep my warranty. Also tried to get me to have fuel induction GDI service. Afraid to go back. Put my vin #as my mileage and I had to call back and tell correct mileage to lady named Claire. Bad experience and still upset over it

9 am appointment made for
Monday. Told my car would then be ready the next morning. I had to call at 430 pm Tuesday and say I am coming to get my car. Was then told “oh your car is ready anytime”. I had been waiting all day to be notified my car was ready and was only told to come when I called.
J and his team took excellent care of my car issues. They were confident, timely, respectful of my time, highly professional, and I'd even use the word "humane" to describe how I was treated. I couldn't ask for better service and I'll be returning for certain.
No I definitely was not happy at all $24 emission test to an 300$ bill. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Usually my experience with Bommarito is very pleasant. Today was different. MrJay and the team seemed more distracted. When I arrived, Jay was talking to other people before he ever greeted me. I was supposed to receive a call when my car was ready, I called the operator. She checked to see if Jay was available. He was with another customer. When we pulled on the lot, my care was ready, but I hadn't received a call. Jay said he had just received the paperwork and he was going to call. Today just seemed off. As a female customer, I felt overlooked and dismissed. I really hope today was off because you were busy and not the new character of Bommarito.
