With an appointment, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete a tire rotation. I have never had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a tire rotation/inspection.
My first and last service at this dealership. After scheduled 5k service, I waited for 2 hours to get it completed. When vehicle service completed the hood wasn’t locked, the service alert in the vehicle was not reset, fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not adjusted. I am not sure if the tire were rotated as indicated in service performed in the summary of service. Not sure what service was performed that took 2 hours to complete. No manager to complain to either. I can’t trust you with my and my vehicle safety.

I appreciated that they took extra time to try and diagnose a squeaking issue. Even though they were unable to replicate it, it helped me narrow down the problem and it was simply the seatbelt latch. And it's only present when a smaller person is buckled in. Good service all around and quick. Thank you.
