It too long to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner. I feel that I was unfairly being charged for diagnosing the problem, and the work that was being done to supposedly fix it. However some of that was resolved by the Service Manager, thank God. Then, once the correct diagnosis was made and the repair was as made the mechanic did a sloppy job of putting things back together. Radio was mot working, power windows were not working. Going back to correct that mistake the mechanic caused another problem with some part in the a c causing it not to hold the freon in and had to wait 5days for part to be ordered and arrive so it could be installed. This whole process took me over a month to get my a c repaired.Plus I had to make 5 or 6 trips back to the dealership and spend quite a bit of time there at the dealership waiting for work to be done. I now say, with caution, it seems that my car is functioning the way it should.

Kaleb was genuine, super professional and made sure that we were all set and checked on me a couple time while waiting for my service and parts. Highly recommend this guy he's pretty cool, and he did a great job explaining the in's and out's of what was being done with my vehicle.
