Excellent service every time I visit
I was 99% satisfied with my service Thursday, July 9, 2026 until I saw oil or an unknown substance of the door frame of my car. However, service advisor, Daniel Jenkins immediately had someone clean the substance and I really appreciated that reducing the risk of staining my clothes. Daniel Jenkins was also very patient and knowledgeable in explaining what my car needed. He also consulted his fellow associate to confirm his information to quell my concerns.
Josip is a true joy to work with even in tough times with your vehicle. He answered questions regarding my current car and potential next purchase. Thank goodness for Josip!

Check engine light was on when I got in my car to leave. Went back and it was determined the oil filter was not secure and oil was leaking out causing low pressure and oil. Could have been disastrous had I made it to the highway. Unacceptable. Oil change 101, check for leaks.
