The guy who came and met me at my car. The service guy was funny. The service time was great. My only problem is the parking lot fix those potholes they could do some damage to some cars.

My husband made the appointment and brought the car in but I kept getting the texts. My car needed a front end alignment after just 15,000 miles which seems like it shouldn’t have been necessary. Also my car was clean going in but sprayed off afterwords and left water spots all over my windows bet it wasn’t dried off. Tire rotation was fine.

The service was good, communication was poor. I got my routine service plus 2 recalls. I was told it would take a little longer for the recalls. It was almost 4 hours! I wasn't told it would be that long. I would not have waited for it had I known. At 3 hours, I asked and was told another 45 minutes. I would have liked to be updated at 2 hours, 3 hours or so. I shouldn't have to ask. Otherwise everyone was professional and did their job
