You send too many requests for surveys, etc. it is a bit annoying
I paid over 500 dollars for front pads and rotor on Monday. Today I brought my vehicle in because the brakes were dragging. I was at the shop a little over 2 hours. This was a total inconvenience for me. I missed a lunch date with a family member visiting from Reno.
Kaleb was very service oriented. He answered my questions, and showed genuine concern for my understanding of processes involving the workings of some areas I had not used before.

Did, amazing for my first time and answered all my questions.
My vehicle has been issue-free since the purchase from you all. You all informed me of a possible oil leak & brake fluid flush. I obliged for 5he repair & since,my truck has encountered numerous issues. What I'm being informed doesn't come across like the entire truth.I believe I'm being deceived about something. Issues occurring since you all worked on the truck seems as a domino effect from your craftsmanship. I have intentions to speaking with the higher management if this happened to continue.
Communication is wonderful. No surprises and my car is always treated very well. Prices are at competitive levels.
