Hello. On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, my vehicle was scheduled for a tire rotation. Upon arrival, I included windshield wipers replacement. The representative informed me that my vehicle was ready; however, there was no mention of the cracked windshield, which happened in the Toyota service garage. I noticed and reported the damage. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1995. What happened is a destruction of trust. On March 12, 2026, while driving to work, the crack spread across the windshield. The Toyota Service Department was notified.
