My original appointment for the 10k miles was scheduled for Friday. I then got a call on Thursday and was informed you needed to reschedule as you were anticipating to be short-staffed on Friday. I was re-scheduled for Monday at 3pm. To my surprise, when we arrived at the service department, Daniel told me my appointment was not on the system. He did not hesitate in taking in our car. Thanks!
