I have an oil leak coming from my car....and there's no precipitation in the area! I had to stain extra hours so they can supposedly fix a loose oil pan! I've had this car for a year....and never had anything leak from my car until you all went under my hood!! Not a happy customer at all!! ????????????????
Karen answered her phone and if I left a voicemail, she always returned my calls and kept me informed. I appreciated that very much, as so many let all calls go to voicemail and then never call the customer back. She was very courteous and accommodating upon pickup of our vehicle after repairs. She is an asset in your service department.

Didn’t want to take the 20$ off like the coupon said I have been bringing my car and never had that problem before, they are now close to getting over on the people and not helping the people, they didn’t not want to take my truck in at first until I talk about going to Matt ‘I understand I didn’t have an appointment and they always took me in Tim and old Gus never had a problem, I don’t trust your guys now they are just trying to make money
