Everyone’s always nice and service is pretty good but took way too long. Today I got there at 11am and didn’t get out until 12:45pm. An 1 hr 45 min is a little excessive for just an oil change considering I can do it at home in 15min. I was going to order tires in 3 or 4 weeks from Ramey but I really don’t want to have to wait all day for the install and alignment. I may or may not get them I’m not sure though.

Was quotes $259.00 for pcv valve & plugs. And 27.10 for the cost of the battery Vent Hose. Was called and told the cost for the installation of pcv valve was going to be $125.00 more i accepted, which should have put the bill around 390.00 ish dollars. I show up to pay and my bill was even more than a $100.00 dollars higher? Lee was very nice and all but the prices being changed again after the phone call honestly doesn't sit to well with me. It just doesn't look good to have that happen.
I have been going to Ramey Toyota, probably nine or 10 years, ever since I moved to West Virginia. I always ask for Sheila Lambert. Even though I now live in Virginia and theToyota dealership in Roanoke is only about an hour from me,It’s worth one extra 45 minutes to an hour to stay with RameyToyota because after all when I have good service and good people like Sheila Lambert in the service department and also John, who is in charge of the repair shop, why would I want to go anywhere else?
It makes sense to me to stay with the people and company that I trust..
